It's a clever list of strength and toning moves that you can (mostly) do while sitting in front of your computer, whether you are blogging, reading, shopping, or maybe even playing your favorite game. Think shoulder shrugs, leg lifts, even butt squeezes. More good suggestions abound in the comments—I especially loved the one that recommends hitting YouTube for a great song and taking a dance break.
So if you're sitting down while reading this, why not do a few calf raises or neck rolls, or stand up for a few minutes of jumping jacks or running in place?
