Now with 16 locations, we have become the premier fitness center in the Sacramento region. We are very proud to have been voted Sacramento Magazine's "Best Health Clubs in Sacramento" eleven years in a row! In addition, we won the KCRA A-List for "Best Gym" in the Sacramento area.

One of the most unique things about us is our focus on children. Our special "Kidz Klub", available at 15 of our 16 locations, makes it easier for families to stay fit together. The "Kidz Klub" is more than child care, it offers interactive playscapes, homework areas, arts and crafts, video games, story telling, and our kid fit classes; all of which are staffed by our trained team members!
