Our aqua fitness classes are aimed at those who are new to working out, rehabbing injuries, recovering from surgery, or living with an inflammatory condition. They're also great for pre- and post-natal moms as well as athletes who want to improve their abilities.
H2O Arthritis Foundation
Description: Arthritis Foundation-certified instructors lead this class. They will help you safely work each joint, stretch all muscles groups, and work on balance, flexibility and range of motion. This class is for all who experience joint stiffness, pain or limited range of motion. It offers a fantastic workout if you are recovering from an injury or surgery, or have other inflammatory conditions.

H2O 101
Description: This safe, low-impact class is easy on the joints but heavy on strength training. It's perfect for pregnant women, new participants, seniors and anyone recovering from an injury or surgery.

H2O Core Challenge
Description: This class will help you discover how to strengthen and stabilize your abs and back muscles. Exercising in water adds challenge and intensity to your workout.

H2O Fusion
Description: Fusion is the latest trend in music and food, so we're bringing it to working out too. This combo class mixes healthy helpings of power, spin, step, sports, running, walking, kickboxing, and strength moves with a dash of relaxation. It's designed to challenge all your aquatic exercise skills in shallow or deep water.

H2O Gym & Swim
Description: Plan to get your hair wet! This shallow/deep experience combines basic swim strokes with vertical movements to give you the cardio challenge you've been looking for.

H2O Power
Description: This intense, fast-paced class is designed get your heart rate going. Our CPTs will utilize all the large muscle groups during this workout, which concludes with strength training. This class is held in the shallow or deep end of the pool.

H2O Run
Description: This is a challenging class held in the deep or shallow end, where you'll run vertically without stressing your joints. You'll increase your land stamina and power in the process.

H2O Cardio/Strength
Description: This class combines the best of aquatic cardio movements with strength segments to work your whole body.

Description: This class focuses primarily on movements that will strengthen your muscles using a variety of equipment.

H2O Treading
Description: This shallow water class uses all the moves you know, but with your feet suspended above the bottom of the pool. You will begin with one minute of treading, with the goal of spending one-quarter to one-half of the class time without your feet touching the bottom of the pool.

H2O Pilates
Description: Never thought of trying Pilates moves in water? Here's your chance. Our CPTs will add a water noodle to add a greater challenge to your core moves. Take this class to bring variety and difficulty to your workout.

H2O Intervals
Description: This high-intensity workout features ratios of 10 to 60 seconds so you train your muscles to fatigue, not failure. Sets of strength, core work and cardio will be incorporated for the aerobically fit person looking for a great challenge.

H2O Walk
Description: Come walk in the water for one hour with our CPTs and burn up to 250 calories in the process. Since water is thicker than air, you can increase your strength and cardiovascular ability with no impact on your joints.

H2O Interval Walk
Description: Combine 10- to 60-second periods of water walking with strength training for a workout that will challenge your whole body without impacting your joints.

Description: Strap on a water workout belt on and run to the deep end of the pool. This total body workout offers low impact on the joints but high intensity in cardio and strengthening. Great for challenging your core!

H2O Deep Core Challenge
Description: Strap on a water workout belt, head for deep water, and experience an abdominal and back workout like never before. This is a great addition to land training and is a great option for those who can't work their core on land due to injuries.

H2O Relaxation
Description: Need a way to end a stressful or physically challenging day? Our CPTs will lead you through gentle stretching, flexing and relaxing moves that combine Ai Chi, Tai Chi, Yoga, and Pilates in the water. This can be a 15-, 30-, or 45-minute addition to any class.

Performance Swim Training
Description: Need to get in competitive swimming shape? This organized swim class is perfect whether you need coaching with your technique or a workout that will get you ready for competition! Our Performance Swim Coaches will not only evaluate your stroke to make you more efficient but will also create a customized workout that will increase your time and ability.
