When you want a heart-pumping, fat-burning workout, sign up for one of these classes. Our Certified Personal Trainers (CPTs) use a more sports-oriented approach in our cardio-athletic classes, but they minimize the amount of choreography involved, so anyone can jump in and feel right at home.
Cardio Kickboxing
Description: This popular training program comes to life as our CPTs teach you how to punch, kick, and block your way through a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout!

Boot Camp
Description: Classic military moves get you in shape and motivated to be the best that you can be. No choreography allowed!

Sports Conditioning
Description: Here's an intense workout for the athletes out there. Our CPTs use exercises and drills from various sports to offer an all-around conditioning workout. This class ups the intensity and downplays the choreography.

Triathlon Training
Description: Whether you want to compete in triathlons or push your abilities to the limit, this class is perfect for you. Our CPTs will put you through the paces as you run, swim, and cycle your way to victory. You'll end up in the best shape of your life, and you may discover that gold medalist hiding inside you.

Cardio Interval
