Group Fitness Classes

Keep Moving

Love to dance or use a step platform? Then participate in any of these group fitness classes to get moving and burn fat while building your strength, coordination, and balance. If you're new to this type of workout, try the basic classes first and work your way up to the more advanced ones, which introduce choreography and increase the intensity.

Zumba
