Group Strength Training

Build a Lean, Strong Body

Our strength training sessions combine the workout benefits of the weight floor with the motivation and positive atmosphere of a group fitness class.  Our Group Fitness Instructors will help you sculpt a lean, strong body.  Regardless of your experience level and personal schedule, we offer a session that fits your needs.

Group Strength Training (GST)

Description: Our Group Fitness Instructors will lead you and the rest of the group through a progression of strength-building exercises on a variety of equipment, with the goal of increasing your muscle endurance. This fast-paced workout is never boring.

Benefits: Strengthens muscles, increases metabolism, burns up to 400 calories/hour

Ab Attack

Description: Give us 15 minutes and we'll give you all of the techniques you need to discover your inner six-pack!

Benefits: Strengthens abdominals to help support spine, burns up to 125 calories/15 minutes

Group Interval Training (GIT)

Description: This class was designed particularly for our busiest members, but everyone is welcome. GIT offers cardiovascular and strength intervals taught in a circuit-style class that works your whole body and keeps your heart rate up for maximum fat burning in minimum time. Throw in stretching at the end and you complete a total body workout in just 30-45 minutes.

Benefits: Strengthens muscles, increases cardiovascular ability, enhances metabolism, burns up to 400 calories/hour.

Core & More

Description: Say goodbye to sit-ups and crunches. This class is designed to functionally strengthen your abs and back with core muscle exercises that encourage balance and symmetry.

Benefits: Strengthens abdominals and back, burns up to 200 calories/30minutes.

On the Ball

Description: Challenge your strength, balance and coordination by making yourself "unstable" on a stability ball. The exercises you learn on the stability ball will enhance your skills in other activities, including sports, other types of workouts, and more.

Benefits: Strengthens muscles and core, enhances balance, increases coordination, burns up to 300 calories/hour

Tabata Bootcamp

Description: The unique protocol used in Tabata Bootcamp™ is the 20-10 microburst intervals. Perform specifically chosen exercises at an ultra high intensity for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
