You'll still burn calories and challenge your strength and flexibility. These classes are available for a variety of fitness levels, and our Certified Personal Trainers (CPTs) bring a personal touch to each one, ensuring that they'll respond to your unique needs.
Gentle Yoga
Description: Slow down and smell the poses. This class will help you enjoy the benefits of yoga by focusing on breathing, relaxation and a variety of movements that can be performed by any level of participant. Great for first-timers, those recovering from injuries, or anyone who wants a gentler approach to the practice of yoga. Gentle Yoga is also recommended for seniors and pre- or post-natal women. Inverted poses are avoided.

Mixed Levels Yoga
Description: Unwind in this class that's suitable for all levels. Modifications are offered for the more challenging poses and each participant is encouraged to work at their own pace. Although rated as similar in difficulty, each class is different because it's a reflection of the CPT's unique training and personality. Improve your strength, flexibility and balance and then take some time to relax at the end of your workout.

Power Yoga
Description: Bring out your inner warrior with these challenging poses and sequences. Poses are held longer and often flow together, with minimal rest breaks. Get ready to sweat!

Family Yoga
Description: Play together, stretch together, relax together! This class is an exploration of strength, balance and flexibility that the whole family can enjoy.

Belly Dancing
Description: Practice the graceful art of belly dancing and increase your coordination and body awareness while getting a tighter, more toned tummy.
