Workouts are More Fun & Effective With Friends

In addition to one-on-one personal training, we offer group sessions that let you bring along a friend, family member, or colleague. A Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) will guide the two of you through a series of exercises designed to maximize personal results while demonstrating interactive workouts that you can do with your partner on your own.

The best part about this method is the way it doubles your sources of motivation, so you and your workout partner can keep each other on track while receiving additional encouragement from a CPT. It’s a great way to achieve your goals even faster.


Zumba

Description: Get ready for the workout craze sweeping the nation! Zumba is a fresh approach to dance-oriented workouts, combining Latin dance moves with belly dancing, hip hop, and traditional fitness moves. The music will get you moving and the choreography is easy enough for anyone to follow.
