Our strength training sessions combine the workout benefits of the weight floor with the motivation and positive atmosphere of a group fitness class. Our Certified Personal Trainers (CPTs) will help you sculpt a lean, strong body. Regardless of your experience level and personal schedule, we offer a session that fits your needs.
With names like Ab Attack, Core & More, and Balance, Strength & Flexibility, these sessions will increase your muscle endurance, enhance your cardiovascular ability, develop your coordination and balance, and more, all while burning up to 400 calories per hour. Some sessions are as short as 15 minutes, which is perfect for an on-the-go lifestyle.

Description: We know how busy you are. That’s why we developed this workout, which takes just 30-45 minutes but works out your whole body with cardiovascular and strength intervals taught in a circuit-style class.

Description: This class is designed to help make everyday activities easier by increasing your balance, core strength and flexibility with functional exercises that anyone can do.

Description: A stability ball is the perfect way to enhance your strength, balance, and coordination.
