Try, Try, Try Again
Many of our members like to compete in triathlons, so we enlisted Suzanne, one of our Certified Personal Trainers, to form a tri-training group. She'll help you get ready for your first triathlon or improve from the last one by covering swimming, biking, running, strength training, nutrition, and race tips. Her approach is a holistic one that helps you improve by focusing on both the mental and physical aspects of this grueling race.
