Join us for an interactive workshop that will help you discover the benefits of yoga practice. An experienced instructor will demonstrate and explain a variety of yoga poses, as well as answer any questions you may have about them. Observe and apply the alignment of basic poses, discover how to connect your breath with movement, and find out how to apply modifications to ease or enhance your experience.
Let your little one live their fairytale dreams through the movement of dance. We’ll introduce the fundamentals of ballet, tap, and tumbling through the enchanted world of princesses, tiaras, and magic wands. Children ages 3-5 years are welcome to join dance instructor, Ms. Karen Lynn for 35 minute dance lessons. Classes are limited to 12 children, and meet once weekly for 6 weeks.
Gaining the skills and confidence to protect yourself is empowering. Cal Fit offers monthly hands-on courses in self-defense tactics. Taught by experienced instructors with backgrounds in law enforcement, this course is designed specifically to show participants how to prevent and protect themselves from assault. You will leave with an understanding of risk detection and the confidence to confront people who aren’t respecting boundaries.
California Family Fitness is proud to partner with local training center, Professional CPR to provide monthly CPR and AED certification classes to Cal Fit members and guests. Taught by local first responders including firefighters and paramedics, learn the skills that could help save someone’s life!
