At California Family Fitness, we understand that sometimes life gets in the way of your fitness goals. If you need to pause or take a detour from your current membership, that’s okay.

Simply fill out the form on this page to begin the cancellation process.

  • Please fill out the form with as much detail as you can provide. This information and documentation helps us to expedite your request.
  • Once your membership cancellation request is received and approved by our corporate office, you will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation within 5-7 business days.

Please note: outstanding account balances must be reconciled before your cancellation request can be approved and finalized. An outstanding account balance will delay your cancellation.
