To delete your name from the CFF email mailing list, simply contact us by email at info[@]calfamfit.com or by selecting the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any CFF email. Be sure to provide your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number. We appreciate your patience as it may take up to six to eight weeks to process your request from the date of receipt.
CFF adheres to a strict privacy code regarding children and does not knowingly accept personal information from any child. If it is brought to our attention that a subscriber is under age, we will immediately remove all personal and identifiable information from our records in compliance with the Online Children's Privacy Protection Act of 1998. In addition, we will not disclose this information to any other companies.

The CFF Privacy Guidelines express our absolute commitment to integrity, our related corporate values and ethical standards and the associated business conduct we expect from all our employees. When you visit the mobile application, we may use GPS technology, Bluetooth Low Energy beacon technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine the building and/or city you are located within and display relevant information based on this data. We may work with analytics companies to help us understand how the Application is being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
We do not use the Application to knowingly collect any personal information, solicit data from or market to children under the age of 18.
