Our strength training classes in Sacramento combine the workout benefits of the weight floor with the motivation and positive atmosphere of a group fitness class. Our Group Fitness Instructors will help you sculpt a lean, strong body, regardless of your experience level.

Group Strength Training

(G.S.T.) Our instructors will lead you through a non-stop progression of strength building exercises to increase muscular endurance using a variety of equipment. Add this class to your schedule to help you build a lean, strong physique with a workout that is NEVER boring!

G.S.T Interval

Try this twist on interval training to get your program JUMP started! Use a variety of cardiovascular and strength training exercises to burn fat and bust boredom. May include step, floor aerobics, jump roping, weights and various sports conditioning drills.

Body Fit ($)

Body Fit offers the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost of the private rate and working out in the same room with others pushes you to a new fitness heights. You will receive accountability, motivation, support, and expert guidance to reach your fitness goals in this dynamic small group personal training environment of 3-12 clients to one coach Body Fit sessions are 45 minutes in length. 

Body Shred 

SHRED describes the primary elements you’ll demand of your body each time you participate in a JILLIAN MICHAELS BODYSHRED™ class. JILLIAN MICHAELS BODYSHRED™ is a high intensity and endurance based 30 minute workout. Utilizing Jillian’s 3-2-1 interval approach: •3 minutes of strength •2 minutes of cardio •1 minute of abs S.H.R.E.D. Synergistic High Intensity Resistance Endurance Dynamics

R.I.P.P.E.D. RIPPED is a high energy group exercise workout that masterfully combines an easy, yet effective cardio vascular routine interlaced with weights and resistance all to music.
