Our California Family Fitness corporate office is located in the heart of Orangevale on the corner of Greenback Lane and Illinois Avenue, in the Sutter Medical Building.

California Family Fitness was founded in 1994 with the goal of being one of the best gyms in Sacramento. Years later, we are proud to offer 19 gyms to the Sacramento area that offer incredible amenities like group fitness classes, personal training, swimming pools, steam rooms, basketball courts, and so much more.
