You can work out with peace of mind knowing that your child is safe and having fun. Each child care staff member has attended our own Cal Fit Corporate Child Care Training program and submitted to a background check, in addition to being CPR and AED certified.
We offer childcare for all age groups, from 3 months to 11 years.
Our infant room is separated from the older kids, with attentive caregivers there to stimulate your baby with games and toys. Young children can enjoy exploring their creativity with arts and crafts, toys, and age appropriate video games and story books are on hand to keep them engaged through your entire workout. Bigger kids have access scheduled activities, a kid-sized basketball court, a climbing maze, video games, and air hockey. Some locations even have a revolving rock wall!

Yes! Members can bring guests. We have single day guest passes available for purchase at the front desk of any Cal Fit location. Guests are allowed in the clubs between the hours of 9AM – 9PM. They must present a valid California photo ID, and complete a guest waiver form.

Members 12 and older may use the gym facilities without adult supervision.
Members ages 10-11 may use the equipment in the main workout areas if they have completed our First Steps training program.

Firsts can be intimidating, but we don’t want you to feel that way when you enter one of our Sacramento gyms. We’ve all been there!
The most important thing to bring is yourself, along with a willingness to try new things. Make sure you dress in clothes that you can move in comfortably, that wick moisture, and that won’t get tangled in equipment. Wear stable, close-toed shoes.

Yes! At Cal Fit we know the importance of being able to use your phone for music, workouts, or other content during your time at the gym. California Family Fitness is happy to provide free wireless internet at all of our locations for your convenience. The WiFi password is posted throughout our clubs, and you can always ask the front desk.

Once your membership cancellation request is received and approved by our corporate office, you will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation within 7-10 business days.
Yes! Most of our locations have pools, plus water features especially for children. We have indoor pools at our Midtown and Natomas locations.

Body Fit is a unique fitness experience that is taught by certified personal trainers who have the ability to adapt the small group training workouts to your physical fitness level.
