    Tie-Breaker and Playoff Seeding Rules

    Soccer Tie-Breaker System:
    Once the regular season is complete, placing is determined with the following tie-breaking system:

    • Points

    • Head to Head results

    • Goals against (G.A.) Head to Head

    • Goals for (G.F.) Head to Head

    • Goals against (G.A.) total

    • Goals for (G.F.) total

    *Seeding during the playoffs are based on results from the regular season only. **Although the regular season winner of each group advances to the next highest group the following session, California Family Fitness reserves the right to "seed" teams if "foul play" such as "throwing games" is suspected

    Every Wednesday on the Bantam Field - check in at 730pm and starts at 800pm. Limited to the first 40 players.

    Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday on the Bantam Field from 9am to 1030am.

    Men's 30+ Thursday Adult Soccer Leagues in Rocklin

    Welcome to Thursday night 30+ Men's Soccer Leagues at the California Family Fitness Rocklin Sports Complex in Rocklin, CA! Located on our Premier soccer field, these leagues offer a great outlet for fun and friendly competition. Stay active and in the game with Rocklin soccer enthusiasts who will challenge you to refine or resurface your soccer skills. You can find full 30+ Men's Soccer League registration, schedules, standings, documents, and rules here online! Our 30+ Men's Adult Soccer Leagues are open to both Cal Fit members and non-members. 

    While at the Cal Fit Rocklin Sports Complex, members can enjoy unlimited group fitness classes, advanced equipment access, and other advanced gym amenities. Members can also access exclusive soccer discounts and perks. For example, Adult Soccer drop-in—available on designated times and fields Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays—is free for members and $10 for non-members. Our Rocklin gym is here to create an exceptional fitness experience for you. If you are interested in giving our memberships a try, you can access a free 7-day pass.
