All Levels Yoga

Unwind in this class that is suitable for all levels. Modifications are offered for the more challenging poses and each participant is encouraged to work at their own pace. Improve your strength, flexibility and balance and then take some time to relax at the end of your workout.


Hot Yoga

In our radiantly warmed room at the Madison club, let our soulful instructors guide you through breathing, alignment, and modifications to build your practice. This graceful, strong, and relaxing class includes plenty of core, balance, and flexibility. You will detoxify the body while calming the mind in the 90 plus degree infrared temperature. All levels welcome.

Power Yoga

Bring out your inner warrior with these challenging poses and sequences! Poses are held for longer and often flow together with minimal rest breaks. Get ready to sweat!


Simply Yoga

This class is perfect for first-timers, those recovering from injuries, or anyone that wants a more gentle approach to yoga. It is also recommended for pre/post natal women and seniors.

Meditation

Join us for a deep state of relaxation and tranquil mind. Focus your attention and eliminate the stream of jumbled thoughts that may be crowding your mind and causing stress.
