Each two-week session consists of eight 25-minute lessons, Monday - Thursday.
A Saturday session consists of four 25-minute lessons held on consecutive Saturdays.
Individual lessons: 1 student per class, Group lessons: 3-6 students per class.

Parent/Child This class gives parents the opportunity to learn safe and fun swimming skills that will orient their children to water activities. Parent Skills: Holding positions, touching cues, and safety skills Child Skills: Safe entry and exit, water adjustment, kicking front and back |

Turtle I This class will help your child safely explore the water while learning basic skills. Skills: Entry and exit, water adjustment, buoyancy or floating, locomotion with walking and kicking, arm strokes |

Dolphin Stroke and development is the main focus when students reach this level. Skills: Side breathing, continuing elementary backstroke, crawl, and back crawl |

Turtle II Your child will safely explore the water while learning basic water skills that build on what was covered in Turtles I. Skills: Entry and exit, water adjustment, buoyancy or floating, locomotion with walking and kicking, arm strokes |

Shark This level takes all strokes and skills to a higher proficiency level and teaches students how to apply them in racing, water polo, synchronized swimming, and life guarding. Skills: Perfection of crawl, back, breast, side and butterfly strokes, turns (both recreational and competitive), water rescue skills, application of skills for endurance and survival |

Seahorse I This class teaches children the primary skills needed to master all strokes. Skills: Unassisted floats, glides, entry into deep water, combined arm and leg skills on the front and back, introduce crawl, elementary backstroke and back crawl, sculling and treading |
