Everyday we have the opportunity to work towards our goals or make choices that push us further away from them. Getting support in our life from the right people and choosing to work towards our goals is ultimately up to us. I am here to help you achieve what you want to work towards in the gym! We don’t HAVE to work out, we GET to work out! Having the ability to move is a gift, treat it as such and enjoy the process!
You have to show up for yourself. Find something you love and do it consistently. You cannot expect to be perfect, but make choices every day that move you closer to your goals. Each person is unique, so expect to have a fitness journey that is also. When you exit the gym, you should feel better than when you entered.
The gym is the adult playground! When we learn to see exercise as playtime we no longer feels like a chore! We are only as old as we feel and I am a Toys R Us Kid!
