Proper form and technique are really important to me. It doesn’t do any good to go through exercises with improper form. I enjoy working with the aging population, because I know first hand experience the aches and pains, it is important for people struggling with chronic pain to find modifications to help with daily living.
I believe that strength and mobility are the most important to help in regards to fitness. Then understanding that strength and mobility helps us move correctly. We can now build muscle, improve balance, protect our joints, and endure the joys of an active lifestyle. If we can move it, we won’t lose it.
As we know, fitness and exercise has its multiple positive effects on the physical body. We often forget its impact on our minds and emotions; Fitness and exercise can be perceived as one of the healthiest way to release stress, boost our confidence, and build confidence within oneself.
