Fitness isn’t just about how big your muscles are, but how well you react to the stressors daily cardiovascularly, physically and mentally. I believe there isn’t just one way to define health, but we should make it a life long journey that we take steps towards daily.
I believe that movement is medicine and coming from a shoulder injury and knee injury I ensure that we will work on strengthening as well as flexibility in the program. I feel that it is important to focus on building healthy habits so we can maintain a healthy lifestyle.
