I believe that the best versions of ourselves are the healthiest versions of ourselves. When we take care of our physical fi tness we will feel better. When we feel better we tend to think better. When we think better we tend to make better choices, and ultimately, when we make better choices we lead more productive and successful lives.
Health is our first and most important wealth and we have to protect it! Fitness isn’t just about how big your muscles are, but how well you react to the stressors daily cardiovascularly, physically and mentally. I believe there isn’t just one way to define health, but we should make it a life long journey that we take steps towards daily.
Everyone has their own preference when it comes to working out and that is was makes fitness so great. There is not just one way to exercise and get fit. starting your fitness journey is about finding what you like and what works for you.
To me, fitness is empowering, relaxing, and FUN. I believe in the motto “FIT FOR LIFE,” that is, integrating exercise into our lifestyles in a way that is both sustainable and enjoyable. My passion as a trainer is to help you define & achieve your own vision of wellness.
Everyone has their own form of meditation, and for me that meditation is weights training and conditioning. Weight stays constant, unchanging, and the resistance will always be the same. The only difference is how we react to it. This mindset has helped me a lot in my personal life as well as the gym, and I want to do what I can to help others understand the same concept and develop their own philosophy.
Your comfort zone is just an illusion. Once you make a habit of stepping outside of your comfort, you will be surprised with how far your own physical and mental attributes can really go. Always remember that nothing good comes easy, including good habits and breaking bad ones. My philosophy is simple. Break the habit of discomfort - stay consistent with that you will go further than you could ever imagine!
