Body Fit by California Family Fitness uses exercise equipment that you may not use in your everyday routine, like medicine balls and battle ropes. Your fitness coach will make sure that you and everyone else in your group learns how to use the equipment correctly.
You are far less likely to experience injury while exercising under the supervision of a professional trainer. He or she will teach and reinforce the proper form to use while executing each exercise to prevent excess strain on your joints.
